Cook up one of Japan's favorite Chinese delicacies with House's Mabo Hot Tofu Sauce. It is said that the women who first created this dish had freckles on their faces. The dish was therefore named 'mabo', combining the Chinese words for 'freckled', or alternatively for 'hot and spicy' ('ma') and 'aunt' or 'grandma' ('bo').
